How I can get my email to inform Eastern Daylight Time-real rather than military, Pacific Time and sending?

some messages on yahoo mail is time-stamped real-time, some are in military time, and worse some are military, Pacific time … What wrong? all I want all messages to arrive on time this summer … Suggestions? knowledge, must be a real simple solution, since I am a rookie and technology language and acronyms are all Greek to me … please help!

I got mine in the options section of your email. Always shows other times, but the first time shown is my time zone.
