How I can keep my flag Color Guard tangled around the pole?

This is my first year on guard flag. When I'm alone and / or double, usually just turn the mast, the flag is distorted and / or tangled around the pole. They have said no to roll my wrists, but I do not know or what they mean. In truth, I do not think you even know what they want to say. Suggestions?

I know exactly how you feel. I did when I started and not everyone very important when new. What you need to do is make a fist. They are rolling, and that what is causing the problem. However, you say no to roll the wrists or closure used to help a lot. People told me to stop shooting just my wrist and I had no idea how because I did not really kno what he was doing wrong. Just keep doing singles (dropspins) or twice (twice) and just learn to block. Just make an effort to try to block, even if you are not sure how, just try it. Believe me, if you continue to strengthen the muscles in your wrist will remember what to do. Like muscle memory: D is not thats easy to give instructions to the VHA for a bit you discover that KNO? all practice and you have it, will not be long:) Good luck and have fun ~ ~!
